ant receiving a drop of honeydew from an aphid (photo)

Hi all,

My latest blog is about photographing ants...which are everything that a macro photographer looks for: they are small (pretty much a prerequisite for macro), attractive (some of them at least) and best of all, they do interesting things. The photo below is a western thatching ant (Formica obscuripes) receiving a drop of honeydew from an aphid.
