a grey, fuzzy little problem...

Nepfreak

Every time I plant seeds either on the windowsill or in a terrarium this evil grey fuzzy stuff always forms on the soil. Sometimes the seeds survive and germinate (capensis) and sometimes they don't (byblis). Would it kill the seeds to spray them with fungicide, or how should I get rid of the "grey death?" Could it be a pathogen in the soil and microwaving it would do the trick?

Thanks,
Ben

Microwaving soil never help me fight off fungus'.

I guess dosing your soil with a fungicide is the best bet.
