these are a few weeks old,
after dinner I will take a few better pics of the one that is sprouting off the stem...
is this uncommon or should i cut it off? will it harm the plant?

could it be a different kind of nep? the one pitcher has some small dots on the bottom of the pot?

what you have on your nep is a basal---it's a natural occurrence. you could even use that for propagation once when it gets bigger. it looks like you've got two.

believe it or not it have been thriving in my terrarium. doing very well..people told me that being in there might kill it but I dont think so.
