Just wanted to share some photos of my neps and their progression. I grow my plants under LEDs. The problem I struggle most with is low humidity but it seems like really bright light helps harden my plants and sphagnum (resist drought). Ive built a second grow box to house larger plants though...
Just wanted to let you guys know that I am in hawaii and visited Sam's nursery yesterday... Here are some pics of the nursery

I'll post pictures of the plants I bought when they get here.
So I'm gonna buy a couple of plants from a friend here and I have to decide.
I've already decided for a truncata
but I have to decide between:
N. jamban vs N. talangensis
and
N. ventricosa vs N. hookeriana
Choose and help me choose!

Hey TF. I picked up what is definitely a Haworthia and what I'm quite confident is some variety of cooperi. It appears to have a little etiolation. It does not seem to be taking water currently. The leaves are not turgid, however, they do not display wrinkling. It does have roots, and is...
Just for fun placing this species side by side. Unfortunately the pitcher of the N. robcantleyi got bruised when I was cleaning the greenhouse and knocked it over a week ago.:censor:

This is a giveaway, not a trade: one vine tip cutting of Nepenthes truncata X spectabilis, a female by the way. This is an intermediate temperature grower, so you know. Please don't sign up for this is you cannot provide the right growing conditions for it. Also, be aware that this is a LARGE...
Hi all. My LL tank houses the following neps; ampullari, LL form of truncata, bellii x aristolochioides and pure bellii. All are doing well except the bellii.
It is growing slowly, and not showing the vigor of the other plants.. I have tried various degrees of shade, repotting, foliar...
I have been growing this seed grown plant for about 7 years or so now and it is growing quite a nice one. It is planted in a 6" mesh pot. I like how the color progressed from April 20 to May 10. Also, the young leaves are reddish in color when young.
