Hey TF. I have root cuttings of Drosera graomogolensis and Drosera binata "Dwarf Red" that have struck really well. The largest of the D. graomogolensis have 4-5 leaves now. The binata roots were sown later, but are striking robustly and many leaves have fully unfurled. When is it safe to start...
I just got myself a drosera graomogolensis. I was wondering if it is advisable to feed this species. I used to have 3 plantlets that were growing super well on a WINDOWSILL out of all places ( dew and everything) I decided to try to feed to speed up growth, food rotted and so did the whole...

Hey TF! I took some root cuttings (first time propagating Drosera) from my Drosera graomogolensis about a month ago, and they've yet to strike. They're to side of my tank, under lights, about 5-6 inches away from them. They're in wet LFS, with a little standing water in there and covered with...

I'm looking for any South American Drosera. Particularly interested in D. graomogolensis, D. solaris, D. esmereldae, D. felix, D. ascendens, D. villosa, and D. meristocaulis. I have lots of subtropical sundews and Mexican pings, and could probably trade some fun primary Nepenthes hybrids if the...

This is part of my larger project to renovate my grow shelf once I move into my new apartment in a few weeks. I've been wanting to put together a highland terrarium for awhile now. With the Wistuba group order at flytrapcare forums coming up and me being worried about the few highland plants...

So I joined this forum over a year ago and never really participated much. However, I've learned alot from the great community here and am hoping to share the little knowledge I have and gain some more! I'm currently in college (Penn State) and spending the summer at my parents farm before...
My ballast broke and I'm not interested in replacing it. So here's a large mother plant pot of Drosera Graomogolensis from Itacambira, Brazil.
This pot is HUGE, and I'm not interested in shipping it bareroot in this summertime heat. I am located in Portland, OR. Contact me at...
Has anyone had luck growing SA drosera in a peat based media? I purchased D. graomogolensis potted in 50/50 peat/perlite. Wondering if this is adequate for now. My conditions are reasonably cool. That area of the grows pace is probably high 70s during the day and cooler at night.
