Glad you like the plants... I thought you would be volunteering on Saturday, so I left the plants in the greenhouse figured you would grab them.

I more than like them, I love them! I had some business to attend to in Newport News on Saturday. I'll probably be back to help out in early January.

I found a new species/type of Sphagnum today in the gravel bog! There was one clump in a stream that was almost fully submerged. It's very darkly colored with a brown center, and it's very fluffy. I collected a few sprigs to propagate. It should be interesting.

Love your plants. That adelae is gorgeous. I hope my seedlings turn out half as nice. I'll post pics of the VA purps a lil later for you.

Yup, the aliciae is the one you sent. It's making a lot of new leaves. There are about 50 adelae in that terrarium.

50?!? Wow, can I see a wide shot of them next time you're taking pics? I've killed every adelae i've had except for the seedlings. Theyre growing like weeds.

And they're all in a 3 gallon terrarium, and I've only been able to kill one.

Thanks! I can't see the sand and peat beneath them anymore. I'm loving the pygmies, cannot be overcrowded!

Me too, it's probably my favorite Nepenthes of all time. It's still a small plant, far from mature, but it's still amazing. The colors are going to be jaw dropping when it matures.
