When will this drosera capensis flower?

Based on its size when will it flower and how long will it take to produce the flower? I know that if I feed it it will speed up the process, but I have just bought it and would like some seeds. I am very knowledgeable about its care but not very experienced. All I am asking for is a time frame.

Looks like your plant is pretty close to being mature. Tough to give an exact time but I'd say you could expect a flower any time within the next year.
