Hey guys, when my terrarium's moisture reduces, the new growth point turns kinda white. This is a heliamphora heterodoxa. Is this a fungus?

if you look at it with a 10x loupe, i bet you will see its actually fine hair.
as the pitcher grows it will be less apparent
