At 3 a.m. Saturday officers responded to a burglary at College Suites #___. When police arrived, they met with a Miami University senior who told them he had returned to his apartment and noticed the door was broken and his roommate's door was closed and locked, which was out of the ordinary.
The student reportedly heard noises from inside the room. The student then called his roommate who told him no one had been given permission to enter his room. The student told police he found a nude female laying in the bed and a male, who opened the door to the room, who said he was escorting the female home.
When police arrived on the scene, they reportedly found Miami junior (Insert girl name) unclothed and passed out in the bed. The escort allegedly told police (said girl) first entered building #_, looked lost, then entered an apartment in building #_, tried the door of one of the bedrooms and then entered #(my apt.)
When (girl) found the door was locked, she reportedly began kicking the door with her boots, then removed her boots and sat on the floor while continuing to kick the door. (Girl) then reportedly pushed on the door with her backside and turned the knob, which allowed her to enter the apartment. (Girl) then allegedly grabbed a box of cookies from the kitchen and went into the bedroom.
The escort told police he did not originally enter the room with (Girl), but continually asked (Girl) if she was in the right room, which she allegedly confirmed.
She was reportedly uncooperative and combative when the lifesquad was caring for her and had to be restrained. (Girl) reportedly refused treatment at the hospital and resisted arrest, shouting in the emergency room that police could not arrest her. A second unit was called to the scene, and she was taken into custody without incident and taken to Butler County Jail. (Girl) was charged with burglary, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and public intoxication.
