Wavy leaf veitchii?

My veitchii k has been making wavy leaves for me for quite a while now and I was just wondering if this is something other people had noticed on their veitchiis? I have heard of wavy leaved maxima and raffelsiana but I haven't heard of it on veitchii so I was wondering. I used to think it was just my conditions or something but since it seems to be doing pretty well otherwise I am starting to think that it is just the plant.

I think veitchiis just kinda do that once they get bigger leaves. Mine does that too though it's not quite at vining like yours yet.

As Thez said wavy leaves happen to all N. veitchiis, although the degree of waviness does seem to vary amongst different plants/clones.

You have a very beautiful plant there by the way. I also have a N. veitchii K, but is not as big as yours yet.

Yeah for sure that thing's gorgeous! It looks like it's at the 'walking along the forest floor to find a tree before vining upwards' stage :0o:.

I just dug through cp photo finder (so many veitchii!) and I think you guys are right. I had glanced there before but had mostly seen smaller ones. I found some pictures of larger plants this time and while mine is towards the wavier end of the spectrum, I did find some others that were as if not more wavy.

As the others have already stated, that is one gorgeous plant!

Love the wavy fringes on the leaves.
