VFT growth point

hey guys
i looked at my VFT to day and i noticed somthing. its growth point is gone! it didnt go through dormancy because i bought it the beginning of january. it has one leaf coming out and there is usually a new leaf coming up from below but i can see anything! any ideas? ill get pics up as soon as the batteries charge on my camera

Sometimes the new leaves come from under the soil level, since the 'bulb' might be way under the soil, and you might not see the growth point until a new leaf comes up. This happened when my VFT made a flower stalk, and then I cut it off. There was no leaves for a week or so, then a new one popped outta no where, and then another one. So, don't worry about it.
