Utricularia sandersonii as aquatic?

elgecko

I've got a magic window!
I need to re-pot my plant and I'm thinking I would like to try to grow this plant totally submerged in my planted fish aquarium.
Has anyone tried this and how was the outcome?

I take it no has tried this before?
Nope. Truthfully this species would seem to be one of the more unlikely ones to work as an aquatic since it's such a scrambler - sending out aerial stolons all over - vs just concentrating on growing in the media.

However, since the plant is so prolific, there's also little harm in trying several plugs to see what happens - eh? ???

Some aquatic plants require ample co2 to grow well submerged in a tank. U. graminifolia is such a plant. I can imagine U. sandersonii could do the same... Some aquatic plants should not be considered aquatic.
