Yup! Glad to see you are excited. It should start making fantastic pitchers if you place it in full bright sun while making sure there is sufficient humidity. Then give it probably 2 months or so and you will not believe the new growth.
Yeah it might just be from just now waking up from dormancy or what but it looks like you just might have some aphid damage. But only time will tell. good job you can grow Sarracenia.
