i bought a reverse mounting ring for my camera lens. it lets you mount the lens on the camera body backwards so you can take super closeups with a standard lens.

these were taken off hand in my driveway today with a sigma 28-70mm lens on my canon rebel xt. click on them for slightly larger views.

then its all about a micropscope with a big enough eye piece to fit your camera lense on. rofl.
