So i know that taking a tissue culture is difficult to take from nepenthes because of the bacteria, but has anyone tried different methods for success? I had thought about boiling water and sterilizing a larger portion and then attempt in a sterile environment. Any suggestion from anyone who has attempted and had success with it?

Boiling the plant material ? My only suggestion there would be to get the butter and garlic ready.

I think actual tissue culture of nepenthes is more difficult than aseptic germination because the contamination tends to come from the inside explant.
