Thought it would be ok but maybe not

I received this nepenthes sanguinea orange d4 2 days and 2 months ago it had a broken growth point so i left it alone entirely and let it do its thing it grew a new growth point last week of last month the last leaf it put out since it grew its growth point is dying as well as the darkening of the leaf after it its new leaves keep getting smaller and smallere as well ast the growth point i'm worried now that a pathogen or fungus or burrowing mite might be harming it because all its old pitchers and leaves have died shriveling instead of just turning brown and squishy its stalk is shriveled and its rootsystem is tiny, there are these bumps that are brown with a white ring around the middle and in yhe middle is a small black dot they are like zits i popped one and some white pudding like substance came out of it although nothing is on the new leaves so i'm questioning what's going on here the Ventricosa that's in the same container is completely fine has nothing on it same size root system made a huge pitcher and leaf jump and never skipped a beat. The sanguinea does have white extruding bumps on the bottom of and near the roots of the stalk so maybe it will make distress basals to save itself or maybe they're rootsor maybe i'm wrong and it's the source, yhere is nothing moving alive or dead on the plant that is a bug of any type hopefully its a fungus that's eating the dead parts

My conditions for this plant are 80 degrees Fahrenheit day and 70 night with constant 70 humidity its in a 50 50 sphagnum perlite mix with 14 hours of light per day

Please keep in mind that i am but a 14 year old and do not have rights so i simply cannot do whatever i please

Looks to me like its been kept too wet and the roots are rotting. That would account for the shrinking leaves on top and how small the roots themselves are. You should either water less or switch to a mix containing more perlite.

I haven't watered it before in fact that was my first assumption until i found out the perlite had sunk to and clustered around the bottom the roots had always been the size they are now and that is why i suspected an organism all the imperfections in the perlite had pockets of water in them so you are most likely correct

Found this out the grower carnivero did have it originally in a coco coir mix and that had clumped around the roots the stuff that was around the roots did not have any perlite like the other parts of his media i had failed to remove it so it was suffocation you are correct thank you for helping my ignorance

But do you know what the zit like structures are?
