I'm very excited and impressed with how well my new digicam handled the NECPS meeting today, especially since i haven't finished reading most of the manual and hadn't yet figured out how to manually set focus or aperture (or most other things ). It's nice to have too many options rather than too few, and a real, honest-to-goodness macro (not that so-called-macro-minimum-focal-distance-3' like my last camera)!

Very nice! I'm due a late b-day present, a set of some ultra closeup macro lenses, the combined power of them is +17 diopters! Can't wait to get them!

I have now figured out how to turn on foliage mode, adjust exposure, and set the focal zone, so hopefully future exhibits will be better!
