Sushi Time!

So for Easter this year I'm bringing sushi to my family gathering, we all do appetizers. While I've made the basic stuff plenty of times, I really branched out this time. I stopped by an asian fish market today, got a sashimi grade tuna steak, thin sliced tilapia for sushi, and a raw eel to barbecue!

Should be quite the experience, I'll make sure I post pictures of the final product!

I have never eaten sushi!!!
Tuna gets canned every year, talapia I have never tried, eel is awesome!, especially smoked eel. I'm sure the gathering will be fantastic.
We are having a more traditional Easter dinner....roasted rabbit!

And it was honestly pretty good after cooking. Very fishy taste, but good seasoning
