"Supermoon" June 22-23, 2013

On the astronomical event calendar we have another "Supermoon" - a full moon when the orbits of the Earth and Moon are at their closest approach (perigee). This won't happen again until August 2014.

At United States’ time zones, the moon will turn full on June 23 at 7:32 a.m. EDT, 6:32 a.m. CDT, 5:32 a.m. MDT and 4:32 a.m. PDT.
You will have to look up your local times for moonrise and moonset.

(note: the Navy site gives times as Standard, not Daylight Savings adjust accordingly)

Very cloudy here too, but I managed to get a few pics in between the clouds. The clouds gave the pictures an interesting feel I thought.....
