Super growth

My Red ventricosa is growing so fast, I can't beleave it. When I got it last sunday, it had a tiney maybe 5mm piture on one leaf, by this sunday the piture was 3-4cm long! I had no idea these plants grew so fast!

once a pitcher is formed it will grow somewhat fast. wait to see how long it takes to get a new leaf and pitcher

Should I start counting off for a new leaf after this pitcher opens(now over 3 inches) or from when I got the plant?

when a leaf is unfolded there should already be a new leaf already there but, all rolled up. i usally start from that point.
