sundew question

what should i do to my sundew?
should i cut off the flower stalks that are still there? and cut off the dead leaves?
also the plant looks like its dividing so do i leave it as is? or divide it?

trimming dead leafs is always a good idea to prevent fungus and make it look nice. also id just leave the flower stalks. if they're cut, then the will wilt and turn black in a week or two anyway. oh and it is very nice, so id let it grow out!

should i use a scissor to cut dead leaves? im afraid if i do, the new growth will fall over or something. also the flower stalks, i cut those like a month ago and they still havent turned black
