Strange banding on inside of traps

I think this is just a strange mutation of a single trap, as this only occurred on one trap in my Big Vigorous, but I thought it looked interesting so I snapped a photo. There's no "chew marks" when viewed up close with a 10x loupe; the red pigments are simply missing.

That's beautiful Veronis! I would cut that off and seal it in that glass stuff.
