My N. Miranda has it's first basal, and the first I've ever seen! It's the first Nep I got, which was last May for my birthday

Yeah, good times. I always like when my plants throw basals so I can see the lower pitchers again. Although, they seem to vine pretty quickly. The other thing I like to do (once the basal is large enough) is to remove the vining part for cuttings and let the basal have all those roots.
