i get what your saying.....only ever works for a few days after surgery when the sliced and diced knee dont want to bend very well......after that im just not paying attention. my wife says my brain seems to usually be going 90 miles an hour in 5 different trains of though......attempting to take the stairs one step at a time aint likely to happen on a regular basis as im generally working through a current problem or two at the point i hit the top or bottom of the stairs, to busy to pay attention to my walking..........
