6th picture down looks like x emmerene to me. I could be wrong though.

That mikei looked like a clone of my Marbled Dragon.

Hard to estimate. It depends on the plant. You probably have 2-4 weeks. First the stem where the flowers are will slowly elongate until they're more spaced out, then it will do nothing for a while, then the bottom ones will begin to open.

The mikei-lookalike looks more like N. x gentle than maxima to me (gentle has maxima in it, though).

Is Gentle that hairy? The leaves look pretty maxima-esque to me.
