Nepenthes gracilis
you've forgotten your namesake! Nepenthes gracilis is a very small and dainty grower, and responds well to pruning. Nepenthes tobaica is similarly quite a dainty plant and scrambles a bit. I find that Nepenthes hirsuta is very compact and does not produce the stem to speak of. They all do well in terrariums.
