i have a friend in washington that is giong to send me a darlingtonia, but neither of us really know how to ship it. Any suggestions on how to ship it to oklahoma? Thanks in advance.

If it is an adult plant, I would remove it from the pot and wrap the compost / root-ball in plastic wrap before bagging it. The pitcher leaves can either be left exposed; wrapped in plastic wrap; the entire thing in a small garbage ("leaf" ) bag; or covered with one of those disposable umbrella bags that I see in office lobbies . . .
