Schultz Orchid Food

I just got some neps from someone and they say to use a orchid food mix for the neps every 2 weeks. The stuff is water soluble with micronutrients and the 3 number thing is 19-31-17. I don't know what that means. The people said something like use 1/4 tsp in 1 gallon of water. Should I use it or not?

I've used it on my neps, helis, utrics, genlisea, vfts, darlingtonia, cephalotus, and sarrs. It works great. I now foliar feed with 1/2 recommended strength once per month.

I haven't used it on pings or drosera but probably wouldn't recommend it.
