NASC auction is OPEN!!

Sarrs and Cephs, Cephs and Sarrs

Nepenthesis

Formerly known as Pineapple
I feel like Sarrs and Cephs would be good candidates for me, since it can get down in the 30s on cold winter nights and up in the 100s on hot summer days. How should these be cared for? Do I need a legitimate bog garden for Sarrs or can I just set them in a deep dish of water? Are cephs boggy plants? Do they like high humidity? Are they difficult to keep? How fast do they grow? Anything I should know about culturing them? Any good websites that cover all the basics? ???

yes. this one....and unless you are growing cephs along with Sarracenia minor, chances are it wont do too well in a bog.

please take a look around, search for cephalotus cultivation and sarracenia cultivation---im sure you'll find tons of info.
