Imho - it's also a good idea to wait for a few leaves before submitting it to the USPS's gentle handling. While established Cephs can typically handle a fair amount of abuse, the smaller they are, the easier to do something to croak them ... and even before any leaves show up .... risk:reward is iffy ....
