R/O water for planted tanks

I know R/O water has nothing in it and that plants need the minerals and all that but what are things to add in to make it good for plants?

mg, ca , kh (sometimes), then all of your nutrients

mg and ca make up your GH and your KH is your carbonate harness (just add baking soda)

Your tap water is probably fine. Just add some prime.
