Question about my new plant shelf.

I recently purchased the 4 foot long, 5 metal shelf. I currently have 2 shop lights on there with 4 bulbs in total. The bulbs are 4 foot cool white, 4100k, 40 watt, i think 80cri? My question is that i could put another shop light on there but do not know what bulbs i should put in there. I plan on growing tropical drosera, and mexican pings, a couple VFT (some are outside)

Just use cool whites.
