Hiyya i pot all the seeds, they are from dorseras, should i cover them w peat, i cover them lighty w fres peat, and they are under the 15 wats tube! =). wait yours answers.

Don't cover them at all. Just let them sit on the surface.

15 watts is sort of dim for Drosera of any type, you might want to consider a higher wattage. Sundew seed should never be covered, although the container should go into a ziplock bag to maintain the high humidity the seed prefers for germination.
