Pumpkin Carving Time

Wife and I was at some friends tonight and carved a few pumpkins.

Mine is the Reaper. Wife did the cat.

Seeds almost done cooking. Yummy.

That's some serious carving skills there! I too enjoy roasted pumpkin seeds, yummy!

OMG the seeds are so good!... But only if you completely clean them, scrub them down, put salt on them and bake them. I hate that pumpkin goo that sticks on them.
