PPM water meter recomendations?

I know I've seen some posts on this topic before, but I couldn't find them...

For those who have cheap water meter's, is there any type or brand that you would particularly recomend? I'm looking to get one.

I'd also like a light meter, and would appreciate recomendations on reasonably priced light meters if anyone has experience with them.

Thanks I just wanted a recomendation to be sure I didn't get one that will break in a year or present any problems, and you both recomended the same one. Go fig!

I'm thinking of just getting this 3 in one meter as a light meter:http://www.amazon.com/Koolertron-Moisture-Tester-Hydroponic-Flowers/dp/B009E4JGRQ , though from a local seller. I fugure the light meter on it should be good enough for my purposes, unless anyone has bad reviews for it...
