To recognize a new species, you must be able to recognize known ones. That requires more effort and time than most are willing or able to devote to plants.
Swing down to the Butterwort (Pinguicula)part of these forums. There are some pics of two recently discovered species from Cuba and discussion on those. Both are gorgeous, btw. One is red flowered and the other looks like a red sundew, lol.
