Yes, it should produce another fruit, after awhile, if it is grown out properly. I would gently pull off some of the botton leaves and root it in a small dish of water first.
They do require a good deal of light and they can be grown outside in the summer.
Once the plant is mature, you can cover it with a plastic bag with along with an apple (source of ethylene gas) to induce flowering/fruiting.
