pest identification help?

so i have identified one already as oribatid mites, those are the ones that are only eating the small decomposed leafs (thought to be harmless to plants)
and the others is red. and doesnt look a think like spider mites
and is only in the moss of my pots.
no webbing, and no massive numbers
only a few per pot. very odd looking, kinda bristled but very small too.
plants are thriving, and i couldnt see them without a microscope.
