This is a nice Encyclia prismatocarpa (a/k/a Panarica prismatocarpa) with at least 18 pseudobulbs.  The leaves (plus pseudobulbs) range from 6" - 10".  It hasn't bloomed yet, but is ~blooming size and is ready to graduate from its 6" wooden basket.  You can learn more at
