2 days ago, i just realized i had aphids on my capensis. So today i will be using my pesticide i used on countless pitchers and VFTs. wish me luck. also, i may try teasing the aphids up to the dew first, see if that works. also my milkweed has some, but i can't use pesiticide because i use it for caterpillars, so im using soapy water
 
It's easier to just take the affected pots and put them in a larger container, filled with water. The aphids drown and the plants live.
