First you have to pass you series seven horticulturist exam. Then there is a 3 probationary peroid where you are a junior adviser. After you've handled 40 applicable conflicts and troubles with growers you become a senior adviser. At which point you are considered a moderator and can be elected to your area of expertise.

Oh sure, I become a moderator and you gotta go ask me a question about the one plant in this catagory I don't know about.
I can only tell you what I have heard and that is that the plants grow best with other plant life in their container. Otherwise treat like an aquatic Utric.
