Looking good. Just water in moderation and never let it dry out. I have been watering mine like a mexican ping and it seems to work well.

Your flytrap looks like it has been feasting a lot lately lol

Might not be a baby for long! Mine looked like that at first then the first pitcher it made for me was about the size of the plant.
