Unless you live in the EU and only plan on trading within the EU then you need paperwork for international shipping.

No I dont need paperwork.Have already spoken to the customs in sweden and they told be that it would be fine as long as theres no soil with the plant.
I only need papers when I want to import plants with soil.

I've sent seeds many times overseas with no problems, even Drosera gemmae as well. All recipients reported no problems.
