I think my nepenthes siseeds germinated!!! There are long reddish brown viny things scrambling all over the sphagnum and they seem very secure!! So does this sound like I germinated some nep seeds?!

Nope, doesn't sounds like Nepenthes. If you've every seen tomato seeds germinate, Nepenthes have a similar look. They should be small, with two leaves (cotyledons) and bright green.
Also, on some plants the seed should be on the tip of the leaflets
