I don't pick the best. The ones that are crap usually die. I keep everything that survives and either trade or give them away.

Even though this is slightly off topic now, I was meaning before to say that there needs to be more nep seeds in circulation. I realize that they aren't viable for long, etc, I'm just wishing they were easier to find!

Make the right friends and you can get them pretty readily. I've gotten macfarlanei, ramispina, more mirabilis, tomoriana, and bical seeds all within the past month or so.
