Nepenthes albomarginata?

I received this plant last summer without pitchers as N. reinwardtiana, but the fuzzy growth point suggested that it had been misidentified. I waited. And waited. And... months later (this is by far the slowest of my nepenthes) it produced the following pitchers:

So... is this albomarginata? Is it always so fuzzy? (I never really thought of this as a fuzzy nep.)
 
Yeah, it seems like albomarginata. No other species has the white band under the peristome, although the mottled peristome is weird. Maybe it could be a hybrid of albomarginata?
