Need some advice

Hello. This is the first year I've had vft's. I live in north Texas (if it matters). ANyway, my concern was with dormancy.

1) When can I anticipate my plants retiring for the season

2) How do I store them or take care of them during this time

3) When do they come out of dormancy

if someone wouuld be kind and patient enough to help me out, i'd really appreciate it.
