Need Help on Pest

Guys this white stuff are kinda attacking my bird nest fern...Any idea what it is and how to stop it?

It looks like a type of scale.

My arsenal is rather limited, I have.... Sevin and..... Sevin. It seems to work well, but may need repeat applications for scale. You might also want to try Neem, because Sevin is rather toxic.
