need a crash corse on forced stratification

well got bunch of D. filliformis, D. intermedia, and want to do some forced stratification read something about soaking then in water for a little while the planting them and something about putting them in the refrigerator .
can someone fill me in here.

Put the seeds on damp media or paper towel (not soaking wet). Sealing a plastic bag or some other airtight container and put them in the refrigerator for 4 weeks. Sow the seeds unless you stratified them in the pots on the growing media of choice.

Or soak them overnight / 24 hours in a solution of Gibberallic acid and sow.

The seeds have a coating which prevents germination. The coating can only be worn off by a few weeks of cold moisture. There are no real shortcuts and you'll just end up with patchy germination.

Wrap them in a moist paper towel, then wrap in tin foil and place in the fridge for 5 weeks.

Gibberellic acid doesn't have much effect on temperate drosera.
