n(veitchii x tiveyi) x maxima, flowering

just got this nep a month or so back and it's stalled on making new pitchers , but i noticed this, this evening.
if anyone is interested in the pollen, or wants to see if i can pollinate it just , let me know, pm me if you like . and of course ill need some pollen to do it , right? HELP
I know nothing about this , but i would love to learn.
or should i just cut the bloom stalk so my plant will go back to producing pitchers, i would like it to do some pitchering if possible, but if the season is a little late i guess pollination may be the way to go , any advise will be most helpful.

Collect the pollen and find someone to send it too.
It looks like a Male too me also.
The balls on the flower stalk give it away
